Price to use the pier at the beach
Very nice & kept place. We liked the interior of the hotel & the golf space. Very nice greenery. Very helpful and courteous Red Ladies, bellboys, housekeeping, restaurant staff, & cabana helpers. Food was very good too.
The cabanas on the beach need to be renovated. They are old & not elegant. No night entertainment.
We were in the Sultan villa, it was everything amazing:)
We played golf, first time in our life, I can recommended for everyone!

Air conditioning not working properly- the temperature in room was too warm. I requested maintenance to repair 2x but it was still not fixed properly

Fantastic pool area - never felt busy. Great buffet restaurants with lots of variety.
As other reviews have said, the service is very hit and miss, particularly in the restaurants. It was a consistent theme of our holiday from beginning to end. Individually lots of the staff were nice, but there didn’t seem to be enough of them to maintain the level of quality I’d expect for the price we paid. We stayed at Kempinski Belek two years ago and returned this summer. The hotel has gone through some changes, but remains a truly fantastic place. The attentive and warm-hearted staff are the soul of this resort and continue to make the experience truly special.
However, one issue seriously affected our enjoyment this time — the situation with sun loungers at the main pool. By 9 a.m., nearly all loungers were already “reserved” with towels, yet many of them remained unused for hours, some even the entire day. We really enjoyed the welcoming and attentive staff, which contributed to excellent services. The hotel offers a great variety of spa services, delicious dishes, spacious and clean rooms with great view. We would like to extend our special thanks to Salve from Sofra by the Lake restaurant for great service and a wonderful evening.
Asian restaurant was below our expectations in terms of fine dining. Sofra by the Lake offers better asian dishes.
Everything was top notch. The food, the facilities, the service, the beach.
