Pros (+) The staff are very service-oriented. They bring you bottles of water jn cool box and watermelon( for free).

Pros (+) I enjoyed breakfast very much. The staff was great, especially Jay who's so professional, forthcoming and ready to go beyond his usual responsibilities to make our experience extra special. The pool area was amasing too.

Pros (+) No fault about hotel, very clean, good quiet location
Cons (-) When we arrived, I asked for a sea view room , hotel was not full, they could have easily accommodated us, but wanted a lot of money, considering how much I paid I thought they would have obliged, have stayed in top hotels all over the world and never experienced this before.
