Pros (+) As always, the Kempinski is a superior hotelier. Terrific location right across from a Budapest Park with the ferris wheel. Walkable to the most popular sights, fine end dining and high end shopping. We loved being so close to the Easter market with eating and shopping.

Pros (+) The location is extremely convenient, just steps away from everything you might need. The staff is friendly and courteous, always doing their best to assist. The room is well-designed, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel itself is luxurious and tastefully decorated.
Cons (-) I had only two minor issues during my stay. First – in my opinion, the pillow was way too soft. I mean really soft. If you prefer a bit of firmness or support, like I do, it might be hard to get used to. It’s not necessarily a problem for everyone, but personally, I found it uncomfortable. Pros (+) Amazing location, staff, rooms and facilities ,although the air conditioner was too hot and there wasn't a way to control it. we asked several times to change it but it didnt help. Anyway it is the best hotel i have been to.
