The hotel is really exceptional, especially for the club floor. The service and atention to look after the clients is eceptional.
The entrence is a bit scarce, could have more lounge areas for clients to sit comfortably and perhaps have a drink or something to eat.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, but the lounge and club floors were absolutely not worth the expense. The food choice was restrictive and was the same 7 days in a row. Terrible lounge experience but the room was fantastic.
Lounge/club room offered limited choices that never changed for breakfast or for the happy hour

Very friendly staff, clean, rooms large for Japan, they gave luxurious soaps etc that you don’t need to bring your own. Lounge has a view of Tokyo so get pass because it’s worth it.
A bit expensive but worth it.
Great location, clean & value for money. The Premier lounge was worth the upgrade as it was wonderful with delicious breakfast & afternoon snacks. Staff were exceptional, professional and friendly.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was in a great location. Lovely room. Great views. Nice restaurants. Will definitely stay in this hotel when we return.
Beautiful hotel with perfect location. We were warmly greeted by the staff at all times. Room was comfortable and spacious
