Pros (+) We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Shinjuku and Shibuya. A 10min walk to the train station with lots of shops, bars and restaurants along the way. The hotel was beautiful as well as the rooms with great views of the city. Cons (-) The beds were very firm and in order to get to the Premier club lounge you had to use a totally different elevator so you had to come down to the lobby floor from your room to get to the other elevators for the club lounge.

Cons (-) The property and booking.com made a mistake in booking dates, they then wouldn’t communicate to fix them and charged us for an extra night. They even sent cleaners in to our room on the day we were checking out who starting stripping beds etc before we had even checked out…. Which was a day earlier than we were meant to be checking out. The staff onsite were lovely but this definitely let down the...

Pros (+) The hotel is really exceptional, especially for the club floor. The service and atention to look after the clients is eceptional.

Pros (+) Great hotel, wonderful staff, but the lounge and club floors were absolutely not worth the expense. The food choice was restrictive and was the same 7 days in a row. Terrible lounge experience but the room was fantastic.
