If you want somewhere peaceful to relax and unwind then this is it! Beautiful location, great facilities, top quality food, brilliant staff, views to amaze you and the hotel itself is absolute quality!!!! The only reason i knocked one star from location is that you really do need transport here unless you enjoy a good long walk! They do have hotel buses and are happy to run you down into the local...

Except for one thing, it was a perfect experience. The one thing I didn’t like was I signed up for two single beds at a certain price, but when I showed up, they only offered a king size bed. They said that it would cost ฿800 extra to “upgrade“ to a double twin bed . But when I registered, I checked two beds not one king size bed.

Lovely hotel in the middle of nature- very spacious rooms with lovely views and huge bathrooms. I had to move from room 500- as it was very dated and dirty. Staff were lovely and the food was incredible, but the place felt a little tired and not enough staff to keep on top of the up keep. The pool area felt dirty, which is a bit of a shame as it could be stunning.

What an incredible resort. We had no idea when we booked this how incredible this resort is. A MUST GO when you are looking for a hotel/resort in this area of Thailand. Each unit is outrageously huge. The shower is most spectacular. The view undescribable.

Beautiful location although i would call it foothills not mountain. The staff are lovely though they speak just Thai. The buildings are very very dated- lights don’t work, problems with AC, had to switch rooms. Bathrooms really show the age- grimy. I would never stay here again. Would recommend a newer property a few minutes away overlooking the pineapple (and nearby tea) plantations called Roxy. ...

Pros (+) Rooms were huge, balcony had very comfy Sun loungers and a table and chairs. Pool area was lovely. Lobby was stunning. Gorgeous setting in the mountains. Absolutely beautiful.
