Beautiful resort with attentive, exceptional staff. Great central location. The spa and flower bath was a very unique, relaxing experience. They exceeded our expectations on everything but especially the special birthday dinner set up on the roof. Delicious food also. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Nothing it was the perfect stay
This is a very special place. They pay attention to details. The rooms are beautiful and the whole property is amazing. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have spent much more time The swimming pool is breathtaking. The staff will do everything in its reach to help you. We are so happy we chose this place
Not the property's fault but they are at a no go zone for app drivers. So you need to move to be able to go to other places. But they at least offer free transfer to pick-up zone
Really beautiful resort and the staff were amazing! Also the floating breakfast was wonderful and the flower bath was stunning. We would 100% stay here again!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The view was exceptional. The room was really good. The romantic dinner was beyond expectations with super helpful waiters.

I didn’t enjoy my experience at their restaurant. The drinks were not tasty, and the portion of food was very small. It was very overpriced, and unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. Maybe the private cooking by the chef was better.Read more
The hotel was very nice, everything was built with the customer’s interest first.
The hotel’s location is a little bit remote from Ubud. It’s 15 min in scooter (or 30 min by walk through a famous pathway). Since it is in a small part where Grab/Gojek can’t come or drop (them vs local taxi), you sometimes have to walk (from and to) like 5 min. If it’s in the morning, it’s okay. Lovely room and a comfortable bed.
Pizza at the hotel was awful. Avoid that. Everything else on the menu was good although expensive. Much cheaper to walk for a few minutes and eat at some other places.
