Near to all attractions Comfortable stay
Check in process was very stressful. The owner need to provide proper signage for location. Once you enter hotel in the late evening when no staff there, the lockers with lock doesn’t open easily to fetch access key for the room. The owner to replace them with good quality locks. Good location, attentive staff. I saw that better hotels go for much higher prices in the area so I understand the relation of quality-price for this place is fair. That being said, it’s only decent. The rooms are fine but nothing is specially nice. The next hotel we stayed at in our following trip to Vienna was incomparably nicer for not much more a night, so this one is just okay.

I loved the location and the assistance that the staff provided. Tima was awesome. She helped me with booking the tickets to the places I visited and she was very responsive.
Gyozo was very helpful, he was very polite and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is in an ideal location - everything is within walking distance
It is slightly confusing when checking in and checking out as you need to have a code for almost every door you enter… the day we were checking out there were no staff around so we had to contact them via WhatsApp so it can be slightly time consuming if you do have plans on the day of your checkout. However I guess this is what you have to expect on a self checkout suite..

1. There is no real window (well, there is one, but when you open it, you feel like you’re in prison because it’s immediately covered with bars). It faces an inner courtyard, so no light gets in, and you can’t tell whether it’s day or night. 2. The bed and bathroom
The curtains were to short for the window letting in the light all morning , the noise was absolutely terrible the trams rumbling the ground , the reception staff were never there to help we asked for towels at 9:30 in the morning via WhatsApp not even a receptionist to ask and then when we finally see a receptionist a 5:00 that evening we got towels .

Our contact was Gyozo, The place was pretty well designed and the service was top notch. There is always someone who will answer quickly and the hotel is pretty much close to every important transport point.
Rooms are nice and accommodating.
The entrance to find the suite is quite confusing and creepy to enter at night.
