The room is very clean, with all the necessary items. Friendly hosts. A large bed. Warm water. A spacious bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a lack of privacy as people are constantly walking by. The location is very inconvenient; the guesthouse is situated on a hill. It’s far from both the city center and the ocean. Suitable for those who enjoy hiking in the mountains.Poor Wi-Fi.
It was extremely clean. The bed was massive & very comfortable. We loved the hosts, they were very accommodating and friendly.
The Rooms were cozy and well maintained. There was a nice view. What I most appreciate is the calmness of the place. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a vacation to get away from all the hustle and bustle. We stayed for 3 days. The staff were friendly and supportive. Worthy for the amount paid. They didn’t have a restaurant. But there are lots of options available in UberEats.
The route to reach the place wasn’t that easy. Hence the pick me or Uber drivers won’t pick your ride. Ask the staff. They will find you a tuktuk without any hesitation.

Great room and the host was excellent, always helping with anything I needed at the room, moderate walk to centre of Unawatuna or simple fast tuktuk. Great quiet location away from the business of Unawatuna.
The room was comfortable.
The gentleman running the hotel overcharged us a bit for the room but since we couldn't communicate with him we ended up paying him the extra 15 dollars and didn´t make a fuss. The property is really out of the way which makes a challenge for some of the tuktuks. Also no breakfast place nearby or supermarket if you stay here stock up before you make it back to the hotel.
Wonderful sea view from the terrace. Comfortable room. Renovation. Safe private territory. Quiet.
Spiral staircase is beautiful but impractical. Lack of catering or food facilities. Hard to get a taxi from there.
