We enjoyed our stay at Kanaya Hotel Kinugawa. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful and tried their best to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. Although our room was spacious, comfortable & had a nice view of the river, the air vent in the sleeping area of our room needs to be checked. My husband and I could feel the air from the air conditioning system blowing at us when we were sleeping, which affected our sleep.Read more
Excellent experience! I was very impressed by the room and the meal. Everything is nice there especially the staffs who are really friendly and always willing for helping. They will pay attention to your every living habit and always give you the best service. The view is also excellent, feeling so good surrounded by the nature. I even met a wild monkey during my morning bath.
However it's a little bit inconvenient if you want to go Nikko. And Kinugawa, to be honest, is a kind of boring city.
