The pool bar and pool area, the villa was comfortable and decor was lovely, size of private pool perfect.
The service was really poor, the transfer we booked from the airport never arrived and the free transfer from the beach drove straight past and never stopped to collect us. There were no staff at the pool bar most of the time so you had to go looking for them to order. One of the meals we ordered for our party didn't arrive so we had to go hunting for someone to remind them. There was no fridge or...Read more

The location was good and the staff were friendly, the view was nice.
The room had a weird cigarette stench, but we were smokers so it wasn't that disturbing, the bed was kinda stiff and outdated, plus the whole building could use an update, plus the breakfast was kinda limited with not many healthy options

Breakfast is good
It was raining when we came to the resort . When asked to help us with an umbrella to go to the room, staff said they cant as they have only 1 umbrella. We have to run in the rain to reach our room. That response is not professional. Definitely thats not the way you treat your guest.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly
The beds are awful hard and the tower that we stayed in could use some good maintenance updating.
