Beautiful view, great location ( although a little distance from the downtown area) , very comfortable accommodation and best customer experience from staff especially Christian who has given us an above and beyond experience, we enjoyed Queenstown more because of her recommendations, Sara has been very helpful as well and the staff in the restaurant. I highly recommend staying in Kamana Lakehouse

Beautifully appointed property. Nice bar and food service area overlooking the lake. Friendly staff.
Parking was difficult at times
We reached early . Tasleema Tarin the ambassador at the reception was gracious and kind we left our luggage . She tried to contact us however as we were travelling could not get her messages that the room was ready . She moved our bags to the room had everything ready when we came few minutes later . Location was good
Experience three staff and two of them talked that fast it was hard to understand I wouldn’t want to be a from over seas trying to make sense of them. The cleaner lady’s were exceptional.
Loved the room and staff. We felt luxury and all the little details were great. The cheese platter on arrival was def worth it. Great reception and communal area, very private. I actually liked the construction site as that’s my line of work. We were blessed with great weather which added to the great stay
Didn’t get breakfast because we thought it was too expensive for the options we would pick and couldn’t get lunch as it wasn’t available. I’d say parking was limited. If we were not lucky with a car spot I’m not sure what we would have done.
The view is pretty much perfect from anywhere, be it your room, the restaurant or the surrounds of the facility. The lounge, open fires and the complimentary breakfasts were incredible, as was the 'round the clock' service.

Staff was not helpful however i understood they were understaff. There were renovation ongoing which were disturbing.
The staff were very friendly
The construction we weren’t told about prior, the noise the room we stayed in you could hear lots of noise from reception, the restaurant and people going up and down the stairs. Very outdated and extremely disappointing. The pictures of the view from the room was false advertising.
The hotel is lovely and has a beautiful view over the lake. The rooms were really nice too, felt homey and cosy. The details are really well thought out. Super clean and modern. I also used the outdoor spas, super nice!
I wanted to order a dinner as room service, however you can't order "dinner" to your room, only small dishes or go to the restaurant which is a little disappointing.
