Loved the room and staff. We felt luxury and all the little details were great. The cheese platter on arrival was def worth it. Great reception and communal area, very private. I actually liked the construction site as that’s my line of work. We were blessed with great weather which added to the great stay
Didn’t get breakfast because we thought it was too expensive for the options we would pick and couldn’t get lunch as it wasn’t available. I’d say parking was limited. If we were not lucky with a car spot I’m not sure what we would have done.
The view is pretty much perfect from anywhere, be it your room, the restaurant or the surrounds of the facility. The lounge, open fires and the complimentary breakfasts were incredible, as was the 'round the clock' service.

Staff was not helpful however i understood they were understaff. There were renovation ongoing which were disturbing.

The construction we weren’t told about prior, the noise the room we stayed in you could hear lots of noise from reception, the restaurant and people going up and down the stairs. Very outdated and extremely disappointing. The pictures of the view from the room was false advertising.
The hotel is lovely and has a beautiful view over the lake. The rooms were really nice too, felt homey and cosy. The details are really well thought out. Super clean and modern. I also used the outdoor spas, super nice!
I wanted to order a dinner as room service, however you can't order "dinner" to your room, only small dishes or go to the restaurant which is a little disappointing.
Nothing, apart from the smell of the soap
It was nothing like what was shown on booking.com the room was tiny, there was zero privacy. The couch was in front of the sliding door to go out on to the balcony. There was really no view at all due to construction site next door. Also the restaurant doesn’t allow any alterations on the menu so if you are allergic to something you literally cannot eat there
The view from the restaurant is pretty.
We weren’t able to use the soak facilities as it was fully booked. The location is a bit out of the way - if you want to get into town it’s either $20+ taxi or a bus, which you need cash or a bee card (we didn’t have either). We didn’t have the Mountain View which instead gave us a view into everyone’s rooms / balconies around us - and our balcony was very exposed to them too!
Parking was terrible as it is shared with restaurant guest as well carpark signage very poor and so was lighting at night from rooms down external stairs and carpark
View in restaurant and food was good
The location, view and staffs are amazing! Had my fine dining there wish there is a couple more options for main. Wish there is a gym. Need more parking space.
