Pros (+) Breakfast was perfect, fresh with lots of variety. Views around the resort were amazing, stunning views from even the gym. Staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful. Omi went above and beyond to help us get to our next location.
Cons (-) Only downside was one off drinking water was provided and supermarkets not nearby to stock up.

Pros (+) Beautiful property with amazing views of Patong beach. The pool was really nice, easy to spend the whole day in and around. The breakfast buffet was great, one of the highlights! Loved the gym!! And the app was so convenient.
Cons (-) There were lifts but even when using the lifts there were still stairs. No big deal.

Cons (-) Paid for a sea view room but was given a room with another building directly in front! Was told there were no other available rooms. Made it clear I wasn’t happy! Was then told a room had become available! The hotel is overlooking a busy road, couldn’t walk to anything!

Cons (-) The bugs. The cleanliness of the room. We saw a roach in the bathroom. The mosquitoes were bad. Very dangerous to walk from the resort.
