Loved the facilities in the resort, the food was amazing and the staff were lovely but a little incompetent.
The staff at times didn’t seem to know what they were doing when handling bill and payments. It became a little frustrating for myself and my family. Now if this would have happened once fine but 2-3 times then we felt it became frustrating and embarrassing for all. The service we experienced here was great. When checking in, the room looked clean, but there was paint smell because it was newly renovated. The reception staff, Joe or Joel excused the hotel and gave us the top suite for the night. The very next day, we were upgraded to Romantic Suite, a very nice gesture. The stuff was very nice and respectful.
The breakfast wasn’t that good, feels like the food has not good quality and not very clean.
The outdoor dining room, the balcony, the gym, the pool
Too many stairs that you cannot avoid, too much walking inside the hotel complex. There seems to be some wear on the hotel, mostly rooms and general area too. Things like shower that works only from the pipe, furniture that need some paint and they put welcome cookies that appeared like it was out for quite some time.

The location and the walks and stairs inside the hotel was uncomfortable
Breakfast was perfect, fresh with lots of variety. Views around the resort were amazing, stunning views from even the gym. Staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful. Omi went above and beyond to help us get to our next location.
Only downside was one off drinking water was provided and supermarkets not nearby to stock up.
