Good location next to Metro station & bus stops. Food very nice & good selection at buffet breakfast.
Room clean but basic. Just one chair. TV in room had no channel guide or programme information. Rooftop pool small, looked inviting, but water cold & very windy up there. So windy that sun umbrellas could not be used. Communal areas in hotel such as bar area not very cosy, more like big corporate areas.

We were given a room as requested high floor at the front, so very happy with that. Saturday, I spent most of the day on the terrace relaxing whilst my partner did some plane spotting. The room was a large comfortable corner room . Breakfast was ample and tasty. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the concert venue that we went to. The room windows were quite dirty but fortunately the weather was good for plane spotting on the terrace. The fruit juices seemed watered down at breakfast. Not what one would expect from a 4* hotel. The bed was too firm for me.Read more
When we checked in, the «door» (its basically a frosted slide door) to our bathroom didnt work. We talked to the reception but they wouldnt move us to another room although we hadnt unpacked anything yet or used the room. They were accommodating in changing our room from one facing the road to a quieter side and also from a queen bed to twin beds. However, only plastic cups were provided, which we didn’t particularly appreciate. I had to request ceramic cups from the reception for my hot beverage. While it’s not their standard practice, they kindly made an exception. The pillows, however, were old and uncomfortable...
Requires a uber trip to town ( about 7-10 euro). There is a supermarket right across the hotel which was nice.Read more

The sauna, food choices for breakfast and evening meal. Bar man on the roof exceptional
£10 Room service charge, cheaper to get a taxi to the centre of Lisbon than have your food delivered to your door. Also told we couldn’t collect the food and drink.

If w had had we had nice weather while we were there - the rooftop pool and bar would have been amazing! As it's so far out of the main hub of the city you can find some really lovely (and much cheaper) places to eat and drink - shout out to 'La Repubblica 37' and 'Dote' Uber taxis were approx £5 to town and same to the airport - so very reasonable to get around
As we didn't have great weather we decided to spend one of our days in the spa - felt harsh to have to pay extra for this especially as facilities were fairly basic (you also have to wear a swim cap in the pool!!) Location was quite far out of town (45-60min walk each way).
