Beautiful location, stunning views.
I don’t like the ‘upgrade’ system that Jumeirah Mallorca offers - you get talked into paying for an upgrade (we did & I heard it happening to others). Not really worth it & actually if staying at this sort of level of hotel it should be offered free if there are rooms in the category above that are unoccupied. Pool area is cramped & music awful
Breakfast was excellent. Views also exceptional.
Rooftop bar could have stayed open later.

Beautiful views, amazing service, great wellness options, lots of nice touches with the room and turn down. Easy stroll to the port. Sunset bar was lovely and good food and restaurant options.
Great Spa, infinity pool and overall service
Extremely late every day to service the bedrooms. Location is quite a hike to the port.

Main elevator to our rooms was out.
The beds, the rooms, the children’s pool area.
Spa too busy to enjoy. Limited facilities for my children who are 11&14. Restaurants extremely expensive for mostly average food. Breakfast not as good as most hotels of this price range. Coffee quite bitter.
