Pros (+) The property is stunning! And all of the staff I met were so welcoming and helpful, in particular Karolina, Ana and Alberto.

Pros (+) High quality facility and hotel. Nice pool area and entertainment staff were great. Food was better than most all inclusives.
Cons (-) We were overcharged on our final bill and tried to contact the hotel to correct the errors but they were difficult to contact and unresponsive in addressing the overbilling issues.

Cons (-) Room service needs LOTS of improvement. It sucks. I was there 4 nights and not one day did they get any of our room service order correct. Even after trying to correct , it was wrong. This happened in room service foe 2 different rooms and I also.heard other guest talking about it.

Pros (+) Remarkable experience, service and food / drinks.
Cons (-) The location is not the best. It is about 30 min from Playa del Carmen and more or less the same from Cancun. They could also provide more details about the activities available (like kayaking, snorkeling etc).

Pros (+) Great staff and service. Very nice property. Team was accommodating to our requests and made a point to help us celebrate our honeymoon as best as we could.
Cons (-) Property shows its age in certain parts but nothing bad. It is understandable. Really nothing to complain about.
