Pros (+) Hotel was very quiet with very few guests. The other guests did not seem to use the facilities at the hotel at all.
Cons (-) There was hardly anyone at the hotel that spoke English. Breakfast menu was biased towards Chinese or asian guests with limited options for western tastes. The quality of the food was good.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Best to have a translation app handy if you don’t speak Lao. Set up motorbikes and local transportation, including airport transfer. Money change at a great rate. Breakfast was delicious and very pleasant staff. Pool is beautiful, very clean and was never busy.

Pros (+) I loved the bedroom, how close is to the center (2min walk max), the hotel is beautiful and the staff super helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room staff was actually amazing they would prepare the room for the night closing windows etc and always paying attention to details.
Cons (-) I just think the breakfast was a bit weak not having many western options. But Luang is very cheap and have amazing coffee shops around the hotel.

Pros (+) This one was our favorite place on our Laos trip. It is centrally located, right next to everything but tucked away on a hill so it was very quiet. The view of the sunset from the hotel is spectacular. The hotel is in a beautiful French building up on a hill. The room is big, spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place and we'd definitely come ...

The hotel is beautiful and grand. with a wonderful and friendly staff. Great location but should be aware that it is located above the town and requires a uphill walk to reach the hotel if not using a tuk tuk.

good locate, quiet place but hard to trail to the hill, shower water is so weak, and the flush not work (water pipe doesn’t work) keep your value belonging because the maid always get inside your room when you left outside as if as you are not allowing or requesting!!!
