Very clean and tidy, comfortable rooms with fantastic view to the mountains,trees and running river. Staff is very friendly,nurses know everyone by names which is very cute. Nice location and facilities. Spa area with amazing view. Room with table games also very cozy.
Everything was really good.
wonderful, always heplful and taking the extra mile staff, including the waiters, reception, cleaning & spa colleagues. they helped us out from the most extreme situations that guests rarely have, with outstanding professionalism. Hayk, the masseur was definitely one of my favourite! facilities, food & the athmosphere in general are superb. will definitely return soon!

The food, cleanness of the entire hotel.
The restaurant staff was friendly but kind of weird. I would prefer not having them right next to us when having our meal there. Also that we could attend the spa procedures only by 5pm

In first night was very cold in the room
I stayed here for the second time, since I really like the place, the service, the view, the food, all.
I would suggest adding more spa services from the list of free options (not free, rather the ones included in the price), since the list is pretty big, yet only a few are offered. Also I would suggest updating music in the restaurant ;)

Cold in room and swimming pool, chipped dishes in the dining room, some of hotel stuff were rude, hotel didn’t change bed linen, small choices of fish and meat in dining room
Very modern and clean hotel. Incredible facilities and amazing staff
People from another hotel were able to come and use the pool facilities. Lots of kids
The food, we got an all-inclusive deal but I found myself not being able to properly eat because of lack of quality
