Very nice staying at the hotel They are supporting the environmental sustainability and green solutions reduction of emissions and waste very clean facilities and very good staff specially Mr Makarious and perfect service Family Room is spacious and well maintained Food is very good with a lot of variety

Food, friendly staff in all the places except some persons in front office But special thanks to MR.Mena the manager as he was very helpful and very knowledgeable , the lobby bar working 24 hours, Sofra restaurant that already gifted from Mr.Mena as a complementary , Everything you need you can get as the market stores is too much and within 5 minutes walking
Very old furniture, the two bedroom apartment have only one bathroom even the big one ,Ac need to maintenance, there is bad smell front of room due to water coming from running sink, very far the snacks Bar in Aqua park and only one, the beach is not near as described especially for especial needs people and no golf cars but they help on this matter by small car for bags , the hotel is far from do...Read more
The staff are very helpful and polite … especially, Mohamed the housekeeper, Aly in the restaurant and Makarius from reception desk.
It’s a bit far from the beach.. you should walk around 10 mins to reach the beach.
Check in was very fast and got very cozy room with pool view and king size bed. Team of bellmen are not helpful as in arrival as in departure date. Cook of omlet station one day did not reacted for special request and second day did not make our order, shame 😡

nice food good beach good territory very friendly and helpful staff good and not crowded aqua-park good reef nearby with various fish
very loud noise from central ventilation in the room, first room was unbearable, asked to changed the room and second room was better, but still audible soft drinks are not very tasty with too much sugar water was not easily available during dining—you had to ask a waiter to bring it, while other drinks were available through open dispensers

food is average, didnt enjoy at all although i stayed in Jaz star few years ago and food quality and variety was excellent. Really the food disappointed me.

The restaurant’s limited seating had us waiting for a table almost every evening and some mornings. The other reataurants - where we were told we could go eat once during our stay - didn’t have any available tables for the whole week for a family of 5.
