Jaya Suites is a hidden gem. The rooms are quiet and spacious, with lovely amenities. Room service was excellent, and the concierge went above and beyond. A perfect blend of comfort and service.

Calm, quiet atmosphere
Missed out on pre paid breakfast due to early start. Asked for a 'carry out' continental but they couldn't accommodate. Shame really
Staff was amazing. Great bed.
Bad smell from the drain. They had a oil vaporizer for the smell but anytime we left the room we would come back to the bad smell.
Very comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pleasant time in Phnom Penh thanks to this hotel!
