Stayed here recently and loved it. Check-in was fast, the rooms were spotless, and every staff member—from reception to housekeeping —was unfailingly polite and eager to help. Their genuine smiles and quick responses made the whole visit feel effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for clean rooms, great location, and truly outstanding service in Khulna.
It was not a hotel which is what I searched for on Booking Com, it was not an apartment either. It was a room with shared basic facilities but even the fridge was locked in another room. I left after one night, I hated it mostly because it wasn't what I expected. Either Booking Com at fault or owners, some have given it excellent reviews.

The staff was very helpful. Our was clean and comfortable.
Spotless clean and excellent services
The shower is not segregated and after shower the whole floor of bathroom was wet. It is misleading that this is not a hotel but a few rooms in an apartment building

This place is brand new and absolutely spotless. The room really was as good as the photos. Everything worked as it should and the staff were friendly.

Welcoming and professional staff - always happy to help with information. European standard rooms that are modern, comfortable and quiet allowing peaceful rest in Khulna. Excellent location within walking distance (13 minutes) of the main bus terminal.
