The pool and hot tub were great. Very relaxing area. The hotel has a tuktuk that takes you to the main street which was very helpful. It is close to the metro station. The room was very bright and roomy. The bed and sofa were also comfortable. The breakfast had both western and Asian food which was delicious.

Internet is unstable. Almost every day it needed a reboot or something. Can get annoying if you need to rely on it. Although the speeds were fine.
very nice reception staff, friendly prices, good location, spacious, clean rooms and breakfast was more than ok. Overall a place where I will certainly come back when in the neighbourhood
We enjoyed our stay. the staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves lovely food.
The towels were Abit shabby and the warm pools were closed for renovations and 12hrs notice was given. There aren't any hanging hooks or racks to hand wet swimwear or cloths. On photos, there are washing machines in the room we selected but there wasn't any.
It was a wonderful hotel for a good price. Great services including pool, sauna, spa, gym and breakfast/restaurant. In a good area, close to the city.
Double beds were just two singles pushed together with a double size mattress. Caused me some back pain until I realised I was sleeping on the joint.
Room was big, the shower water pressure was ok.
The location is quite far from main public transport , i.e. underground. Room wasn’t clean probably had weird smell and the sheets were dirty. A.c was really noisy ,and room get hot very quickly if it turned off….
