Cons (-) The pool was not heated.. pretty cold pool And the stairs going up and down if you’re not prepared for it then it might be a disadvantage

Pros (+) Wow wow wow. This place. If I could rate it a 11/10- we would. From the food, to the staff, to the views, to activites. Absolutely incredible start to finish!

Pros (+) Very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped with transportation so location wasn’t an issue. Fantastic food and we had a great massage at the spa. Felt very looked after.
Cons (-) You are in the jungle so common to get lizards, even in the room. They generally stay hidden though. Didn’t bother us.

Pros (+) Beautiful location, lovely setting. Nice touch of having a professional photographer take pictures!
Cons (-) Breakfast service very slow. Lunch / dinner menu very limited. Rooms lovely, but lots of insects were entering. You had to ask the staff to spray the room, instead of it being done automatically.

I cannot recognize the property by the picture they provided. When I stayed there, I did not see most of them except a restaurant. The restaurant look exactly like the picture but nothing else. Fantastic view??? From where? The pictures must have been taken from the most expensive villa. But, mine did not have a view. Period.
