Cons (-) There's 3 locations, we stayed at the Kaskazi location which is a bit isolated. Our apartment was dark and the view was not great. Wifi was weak.

Pros (+) The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..
Cons (-) Cat on property became a nuisance , wants to always sneak into villa , and have to keep throwing it out. Whilst the property is A class.. the beaches contain way too much seaweed, has spoilt the beaches value.. you cannot swim in the water without getting seaweed tangled in your feet.. also too many ppl troubling on beach .. cant really just sit at the beach and relax..

Cons (-) We didn't get what we paid for. At almost 230 USD a night we had high expectations. Unfortunately the hotel didn't meet our expectations. When we arrived the bathroom was smelly and the toilet didn't work.
