Everything but mostly the SPA
Breakfast was not that great , they could do better with the hot buffet. It’s not worth the money spent or paid. SPA should be inclusive for those staying. The hotel is difficult to navigate as well. Staff at the reception oils help by letting guest know what is available apart from breakfast.
Perfect stay. Room was fab and the hotel has everything you need. Resign is really lovely, and the value for money is the best I’ve seen. I didn’t realise the pool club was included in our stay 3-5pm on both days we stayed but had booked the morning session online which included bfast, we then had massages booked from 1-2.30pm but they let us stay in the pool area between sessions which we really ...

Jacyz is such a beautiful hotel, the hotel room was clean, spa facilities were amazing and relaxing and the staff went so friendly. I’ll definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed the wide range of facilities available throughout the hotel, and the lack of crowd in the spa area. The food that was provided was also very lovely.
For me check in seemed a little late, I did try to book early check in but they had ran out of availability for that morning.
What can I say? Wow what an amazing hotel. One of the best I’ve said at for sure. It is unbelievably clean and beautiful. Best was so comfy too!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Spa treatments were unavailable during our stay. Also one morning the cleaner wouldn’t take “no” for an answer to come into the room. She had knocked when we were just getting up and persisted on coming in. We eventually had to ask her to leave after doing the bathroom to give us 5 minutes to dress and she could come back to do what she had to
