Pros (+) The Service and the Personalities of all the Staff - who were all extremely knowledgeable and well trained but allowed to be unique at the same time. The design on the hotel is the best we've seen...
Cons (-) The cellar door offered the least amount of service. No chairs and minimal conversation around the wine.
