My family enjoyed the room.
I think that for the price, the crib we ordered could have been in the room at 4:30 when we checked in - and not needed the guest to call and remind the staff that it was required. Most other hotels we've stayed in have managed this. This is the first time I've stayed in a Marriott since a disastrous visit to the Essex in NYC. Being in the uk and the hotel in the USA initially it was difficult and frustrating contacting the hotel. So if an email address to the front reception was easily available that would be great. Once there the staff were brilliant especially Lux at reception.
Being unable to make contact before our stay, we also thought there would be more places to eat however only Rita’s and the pool bar were open and the pool bar closed early.
Slick hotel - pricey but the location was perfect
Breakfast/dinner, pool area, gym, nice/quiet area etc.
Starbucks closed too early.
beautiful views, environment feels luxurious. the staff was very very nice.
the closet smelled of mildew and was unusable, the floors in the room were dirty (turned our white socks black). We had to wait over an hour in the lobby for the room to be cleaned and the floor was still dirty after.

Everything from room service to spa services to lunch on the patio was outstanding. Would highly recommend to others and already have!

The surrounding area is beautiful and the steakhouse is remarkable. The room was okay. We got the bi-level king suite and it was nothing like the pictures. The steakhouse is amazing. It was the best part of the trip and the staff there were amazing. The spa was my favorite part except for the fact that they don’t do couples massages or facials. Everything is separated by gender.
We didn’t like the “king suite”. The bathroom was small and hauling your luggage up the narrow stairs wasn’t great. One day the staff didn’t clean our room and my husband rang the front desk to ask for someone to clean our room and the person was a bit argumentative about it. Room service was a waste of money. My husband ordered a martini and me a nonalcoholic beverage and neither were acceptable....Read more
