Pros (+) The hotel was in a perfect location, room was very clean and spacy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel cleaning staff did an excellent job, the room was left very neat. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros (+) Best location, friendly and helpful staffs especially Mohammad and the concierge at the hotel tour desk. Compliment waters filled everyday in the room is a plus because you don’t always have this simple treat in most of the hotels in the US. We signed up to their Marriott Bonvoy program and then get gift card and discount vouchers to use for foods, beverage and trips.. which is wonderful. We also ...
Cons (-) Our room was upgraded at the time I booked but we got offer the lower room type just because it is the connecting room, so the view is not great. But overall, I am still so happy to choose the hotel and will ve staying here again next time when we come back to visit New Orleans.
