The hotel has numerous areas, however it would be great, when the hotel offer more outdoor playground equipments/toys : such as swings, sliders, some climbing tower, some rope bridge etc.
We enjoyed a lot our stay, will definitely come back. Good restaurants, nice beach- highly recommended.

While the hotel itself is beautiful and offers a great experience, sometimes it's the little things that make a stay truly exceptional—or frustrating. The facilities - lots of areas for play: billiard, air hockey, ping pong, free sup, canoe and body boards. Plus lots of activities, including marshmallows on the beach! The breakfast was amazing, the pools were great... our cleaning lady "Fern" always suprised us with animals made from towels:) The attention to details was amazing, always smiling and offering to help.
The price :)) Our two bedroom suite was located on the 1st floor, far away from the beach and restaurants. Unlike the ground rooms that had pool access.

Only negative they need cable tv.
Everything was excellent. One of the best hotels we have ever been to.
The food and the service at the beach bar was not the same level as the rest of the hotel (slow service, mediocre food, not very friendly personnel). Other than that, we loved everything.

IRestaurants were amazing, staff were amazing, facilities were amazing, beach was amazing and the activities were amazing. you don't need to leave the hotel.
The fact I couldn't find anything to complain about
Everything was fantastic. The suite was clean, modern and spacious. The pool being over 2km, there was always a close entry and from anywhere in the resort. The beach was great, waves are small but still allow for boogie boarding or surfing. Supplying free rental on surf boards, boogie boards, kayak and paddle boards is a bonus.
