Pros (+) checkin an and check out was very very easy going and the friendly staff i want to mention extra -->Sonia ! she was very helpful and she could give me (for extra costzs of course) a early checkin and a late checkout ! i will come back for sure whenever i go to surabaya :) PS: try the 2 hours relax massage inhouse... what a nice experience !

Pros (+) Everything was great. The room clean and staff are really friendly and nice!
Cons (-) We were a bit surprised when we asked one of the staff where the hotel pool was, but he didn't know. For the JW marriott we would expect the staff to know about the hotel facilities.

truly love staying here. everybody sincerely went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable & taken care of. breakfast selection was plenty, and we had amazing time enjoying the hotel’s facilities.love the free shuttle too. thanks marriott!
