Pros (+) Service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Sarah in reception. Kind and caring went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable. All the staff at the reception and the breakfast restaurant were attentive and took the trouble to know you and ensure you were happy.
Cons (-) cleanliness. the shower cubicle had some left over hair from the previous guest. didn't feel happy about that. i stayed 2 nights. the same bundle of hair was still there on day 2.
