Pros (+) I loved the view and space of the stay, room service was round the clock ! Water and towels were always replenished. The location was smashing extremely close to the chengdu museum and Chunxi pedestrian street

Pros (+) Right in the heart of Chengdu city, with comfort, convenience and luxury, JW Marriot is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in China. Both adults and kids slept comfortably, and we quite enjoyed the variety of food served at buffet breakfast.

Pros (+) Excellent, extensive buffet breakfast. The rooms were fantastic - wonderful beds and bathrooms, and very spacious. Brilliant location, really convenient.
Cons (-) Service could be improved. The requirement to wear a cap in the pool and to purchase one if needed is surprising at such high end hotels. The spa area felt a little tired.

Pros (+) The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is superb and should be a definite part of the stay. The gym is excellent but the one VERY BIG NEGATIVE involves their lack of ANY ENTERTAINMENT in the rooms. There are NOT any movie channels nor pay per view and for us THIS WAS A VERY BIG NEGATIVE.
