Alejandro was amazing and always went above and beyond for us. Enrique was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. They both provided that personal touch, whether we were checking in or out. All the other staff were very welcoming as well. The spirit were observed was the customer always comes first. The location is central and the breakfasts were great with a ton of options.
Bathroom space was a little cramped.

Glass door to toilet is a bit of nonsense as it’s vey noisy to slide and illuminated the room when others are trying to sleep.
Very stylish design, inspired by the local architecture. Irreproachable services, with a helpful and pleasant personnel, most diverse breakfast of all the 4 hotels we stayed in Peru, a superb choice of dishes and cocktails throughout.
The fact that you couldn’t open the window for natural air. It is nice however that the air condition system of the hotel features additional O2 to compensate for the high altitudine.
