Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, and Clearwater Beach—just a short, easy walk away—is absolutely stunning. The small beach area at the resort itself isn't the best, but the location makes up for it. It is a bit overpriced, but the experience was still worth it.
The private beach area was small and not as nice as expected, especially compared to the beautiful Clearwater Beach nearby.
Very central walking distance to most places staff were very friendly and right on the beach
The service in restaurants was very slow 2.5 hours for a two course dinner in latitude 28. Room service was poor also had to ask to get our room cleaned in the evening despite us being out all day
View on my balcony of a construction parking lot made it a very poor value
The Breakfast was fine. We had a little bit of a wait to get coffee refills early in the morning.
We thought everything was first class as advertised and we'll be back.
Liked the Café. Use of the bikes. Staff on the rooftop pool were particularly attentive. Food in The Deep was very good as was the service.
View for the room was poor, it was over looking a disused parking lot/wasteland. Understand some rooms have to be overlooking it but it wasn’t great. The pillows were not good, they were too soft and your head just sank in them over the night.

Absolutely beautiful facility. Very clean. Staff is wonderful. Spa is wonderful. It is in a causeway so you are not directly in view for sunrise or sunset if that is something you are looking for. However the grounds are absolutely beautiful with 3 restaurants on site and a cafe for quick bites and coffee. You don't have to leave for anything if you don't want to. The $80 extra per day that was not displayed anywhere $45 for parking and $35 for resort fee PER DAY!!!!!! We already paid too much for the hotel. The pictures are deceiving. There is no beach to walk on. Water is lake color not like pics. In a Bay Area.
