Cons (-) When we arrived at 8:30pm and there was NO ONE to help me with my luggage.....I had to get the big bellman's trolley and put all my luggage on the trolley and push it all the way to my room on the 5th floor .....I kept it in my room overnight as I was afraid I would not have a bellman in the morning to help me with my luggage as we were leaving at 9:00am !!

Pros (+) Staff was very nice. The room service was great. Roof top bar is nice.
Cons (-) The views are not good and we lived in uptown Charlotte for 15 years. Not their fault as Charlotte is one big high rise. There are other hotels that are better all around. The slamming doors starting at 7am am and never ending until we left at 12pm was ridiculous.

Pros (+) The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. There are three restaurants within the hotel; the pool and spa options could definitely come in handy.
Cons (-) Their valet parking service is slow. I waited about 30 minutes to get my vehicle.

Pros (+) The concierge service was very polite and professional. The room was very quiet and comfortable with a great view of the city.
Cons (-) The valet service was very busy and took 30 minutes longer than we requested to have out car pulled around for the evening. We almost had to walk so not to miss our dinner reservation and show.
