1 Room is nice and well equipped. Maintenance matches 5Star standard although I would have wished for better cleaning of the balcony. I appreciated the flowers though. 2 change the voice in the elevator. Services and Personel are very good.
Breakfast and wi-fi needs to be improved.
Really well looked after and the staff were lovely.
The lifeguard was miserable and wouldn’t let us have fun! It’s actually fairly expensive for what it is.
Adults-only property Large room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Older clientele which makes for a quiet evening Very friendly staff at reception. Great breakfast. The lady at the omelette station made fantastic omelettes. I liked that it was a bit further away from the town. The pool area and even outdoor restaurants were entirely non-smoking.
Some suggestions: 1. Maybe close off the property towards the beach because we saw a family with a small child wonder in. They left very quickly but that takes away from the adult-only experience. 2. One staff knocked on our door and immediately walked in rather than waiting for us to open the door for him. I just finished getting changed but it was uncomfortable. Nice selection for breakfast, room cleanly and location not too far from Paphos. Comfy bed and it was nice to have treats such as a bottle of prosecco and chocolates each night - a nice touch.
My only compliant is that the AC was set to 18C but it definitely was not on - it was only a fan. When I complained, they sent an engineer up who proceeded to tell me it was working perfectly fine and also that it couldn't go any lower. The hotel even small, it provides full services of a large 5 star hotel. The spa is amazing as weel, total profesionalism in all services. The rooms are well designed, the bed is very comfortable
everything was nice
The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The sea view was really nice.
The bed was 2 singles pushed together, not comfortable. Having stayed in other resorts locally for similar price this was far below the average and think it was too expensive.
Very nice property on the beach, you will need a car to move to the city and back. Very nice surprise the fruits, small cakes and sparkling wine. The room has quality furniture. The breakfast was quite nice and varied.
