Pros (+) Particular shoutout to the staff at Itza Hotel, they were so helpful with all sorts of things. From restaurant and activity recommendations, to booking spa treatments, and sorting out after hours snacks. They were so kind and lovely!
Cons (-) There was a private event in one of the restaurants one night, with guests attending that function being loud and rowdy, disturbing our sleep.

Pros (+) Well appointed. Great location . The room was very big and very clean. Beautiful decor. The rooftop is amazing. The view of the cathedral from the rooftop is breathtaking and the restaurant decor is beautiful resembling a high end restaurant in Paris.
