The property and hosts were amazing! Property is situated 9 min walk from the beach, hotel and facilities are amazing! And hosts simply superb. Breakfast was served in an abundance , and all fresh. We will be staying here again cannot rate this hotel any less than 10/10
There was nothing bad about the hotel
We were very impressed by our stay in general. Super comfortable and big room and shower. Breakfast was great with different options every day. Amazing staff, Armela helped us with everything we needed, always very polite and friendly. She made a huge difference in our stay. Great value for money.

Breakfast was superb - fresh juice, coffee, fruit, eggs any style and a different Albanian treat every day. Armelia on reception as brilliant, always answering questions and guiding us on how to get to places.
Location - it's 15-20 minutes walk from the main beach area (but not a bad walk just a little unexpected seeing the photos on the hotel page is from the beach) and we got charged for sunbeds at the beach that belongs to the hotel which seemed a little odd.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, sending details of local restaurants and things to do via WhatsApp. From the minute we checked in we felt welcomed. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room had a lovely balcony with table chairs and a beanbag. The room was very modern and light with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had toiletries and clean towels were delivered every day. Very very comfy beds, a restful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful in giving us a recommendations and booking taxis for us during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Ksamil!

Beautiful, brand new hotel. Excellent, varied breakfast each day. Enormous rooms with nice beds, loads of space on our terrace. Lovely pool with a view of the sea. Helpful staff who gave us a lift down to the beach, and a WhatsApp message with links to local sights. The hotel is in a nice quiet location away from the beachfront and the main road. Underground parking.
The beach arrangement is a bit misleading. The hotel owner also owns a restaurant with its own private beach, so the hotel staff can reserve you a lounger, but you still need to pay €20 (in August), the same as every other beach around Ksamil.
