Pros (+) The hotel has many issues. There is no hot water, the minibar is locked despite leaving a credit card as a guarantee and deposit, and the worst part is that they charged my card $450 or $500 more than the agreed price without any explanation. They took the money from my account and are running a classic scam, hiding behind the big name and brand of the Intercontinental hotel
