All you need to feel welcoming, comfortable stay, great service and stay for travelling in China. Very good Gym and pool for destress. Staff in club lounge are especially helpful ! Stayed in Chongqing Hyatt Regency Metropolitan, but here is so much better.

It’s a really luxurious experience. Go for the club rates, which is essentially their all inclusive. The staff go out of their way to make it the perfect stay. Opt for a higher room.
The price is steep (but worth it)
Amazing view. High quality and new hotel facilities. Nice bathroom with Hot tub and incredible views. Breakfast is served in modern and designed environment.

Generally great! We didn't know what to expect, and Chongqing is quite edgy, grubby etc and the hotel was an island of calm in all the bustle, had amazing views, beautifully designed, great friendly staff etc

I have left some things behind after check out, to my surprise the hotel had it well pack and labelled it. I was able to retrieve my items after returning to the hotel after few days later.
