Pros (+) The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. During the stay, they run an electrical maintenance. At 1am, the emergency light was switched on till 3am. It’s crazily disturbing and I myself have been using the time to write this review .

Pros (+) It’s a beautiful hotel at the centre of Osaka, the rooms are fantastic and spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is incredible.
