Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and wonderful hot tub & pool area.
Very loud bathroom toilet. Dirty bath towel (hung and folded to look clean), no Kleenex, no “complimentary” water in room. Valet backed up. Would be nice to have choice to valet instead of it being mandatory.

I really like the immenities. The restaurant was to die for. Great food with quality prices. And the bar had the best selection of wines i've seen in a while. The rustic new mexico design gives the perfect ambiance to enjoy and relax. I would recommend the Inn and spa at Loretto to everyone. It is a perfect way to spend a vacation. I'm definitely coming back next year.
A total joy to stay at this resort! The front desk staff was excellent. Since it was my birthday, the front desk surprised me by delivering a fruit plate and a bottle of wine to our room. The room was very clean & quiet. And the location of this resort is in walking distance to everything. Thank You Inn & Spa @ Loretto for creating great memories for us.

We booked two rooms because we are a big family, but they could not put our rooms close together. The price was really high, but we did love the location!
