Good location. Two receptionists available on a Friday afternoon that was nice. Loved the room service cabinet. Nice mattresses. Loved the large window seat!! Pretty gas fireplace.
The beds were in wooden frames that were a bit larger than the mattress. We were careful not to bark a shin! You had to use the valet parking. Our car sat in the rain so it was never parked in a garage. Perhaps because we were there for just one night. $22 and a tip was a bit steep.
Physical property is great. Great towels. Valet was excellent.
No streaming TV services, old TV app, low quality hair conditioner, no TV in bar area, no balcony in our room.
Location was great.
Parking was a bit disappointing as the cars are left outside and not in a covered garage. We had just gotten our car washed and left the car with the valet and was filthy from the rain that evening. If i am paying $20+ for parking i would expect it to be covered.
Loved our stay! Beautiful room & enjoyed the balcony. Staff was awesome, you feel important when you stay here! We’ll be back for sure
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, and nice. The water bottles were a big hit as well! The valet Reese was awesome, helpful and really friendly!
Breakfast from Richard's was horrible. I ordered eggs over easy and got eggs over hard. The toast was burnt and the potatoes didn't come with the tomato puree it was supposed to.
Service was top notch, and very friendly. Rooms were very pretty and comfortable. Restaurant was wonderful. We stayed for our anniversary, and would love to stay there again.
could have done with more coffee in the room, but that's not a big deal.
Loved the double balconies and the shower was super clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly and know the area well. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do and the valet were very professional and helpful.

My room was quite far from the elevators and being handicapped that was difficult
The property was luxurious, beautiful art in the lobby and the room.
There was no smoking nor vaping allowed on the balcony. Smoking I understand but not allowing an e cigarette on the balcony outside the room is a little ridiculous.
