The atmosphere, the design and style, the staff, the food. Everything was flawless!
The property has been designed really well and visually is gorgeous. The electric bikes you can borrow were really fun to go out on.
This is evidently a very new hotel still and there are a LOT of teething problems. The staff have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Getting the right coffee or breakfast in the morning was near impossible, staff at the pool bar were really unprofessional and had their friends over for drinks, and communication was really difficult. Lovely hotel, grounds, decor, facilities, accommodation, location all strong, great for relaxing and R&R however, there are still some teething issues with service, staffing, food. Breakfast was nice but cooked options were limited. Food was good but the whole experience was just basic. Nice welcome and rooms were clean. Firepits nice touch outside the restaurant. Enjoyed the food in restaurant.
Location miles away from anywhere.
Facilities are new, stylish and comfortable, private little houses with a small patio. Location is very quiet in the green. Breakfast is good with enough options (just coffee needs an upgrade)
We were quite disappointed by the staff: nice people but a bit unprepared, sometimes seemed confused. The pool is nice but not heated, so we could not use it in May. The gym is not existing, just an empty room. Breakfast does not vary from day to day, which became a bit boring since we stayed for over 5 days. Amazing new property in Comporta. Comfortable rooms in chic, peaceful space.

Very picturesque location. Felt small and intimate. Rooms were a good size for a couple. Included breakfast was good, as well.
Issue with air conditioning in room and with the ceiling fan not working. We notified the front desk before we headed to dinner, but when we came back it seemed like someone turned on the heater in the room, as it was about 5 degrees warmer than when we left. Also, the ceiling fan still was not operating, but the remote for it had been removed from the room. Sort of strange.
