Eco report Incantico is an amazing setting for a holiday. The staff we're very kind and helpful, our apartment was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was generous and walking down through the ground we were able to see the many different area, all well kept and beautifully trim
We were travelling in 4 and while the main bed was very comfortable, the other 2 bed were futons so caused some problems for allergies.
The location is magical. The property is special and perfect for those who need peace an quiet.

Incantico is a little piece of heaven, in the hills of Umbria. We absolutely loved our time there. Kindness of the staff, location, property and food.
Interior design of the rooms, a bit of a chaotic mix of bohemian, modern, vintage/ancient, bathroom quite old style and small.
More than perfect ! It was literally one of our most memorable places where we stayed. The park is gorgeous, the rooms are fabulous, the staff is absolutely and the breakfast is one of the best we had (cakes, home-made bread and crepes, eggs and cold cuts, etc.). The staff were amazing. Ramon and Valentina were absolutely incredible. They are kind, attentive, and took great care of our family. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. The views were spectacular. There is so much to do...swimming, hiking, archery, playground, workout area. Relaxation areas.
Not very comfortable rooms. Small space. Uncomfortable bed not suitable for families. Automatic lights turning on all night.
