Nice location
Needs renovation asap, very dated pictures and reality different. Carpets furniture from 20 years ago. Because you cant open windows there is heavy smell needs aired all time but very friendly managers and receptionist apple all very helpfull. Even i left my safe open with alot of cash it was safely handled end of the day.
Very clean, great value for your money and staff was excellent. In addition to one of the best buffet breakfasts I have been to in recent memory.
Nothing to complain about.
Amazing room, we booked a one bedroom suite and it was massive. Amazing breakfast, so much choice, amazing pool and jacuzzi and amazing staff.

The room was actually very spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. I would also recommend the in-house massage service, which was very good and professional.
My stay was prefect and got a upgrade !
Clean (except wear and tear mentioned above). Comfy beds. Large rooms. Exceptionally polite staff. Great pool area. This was the first hotel in Thailand that's got plenty of towels AND a robe.
Everything is worn down. Light in the closet never turned off. Overhead lamp didn't work. Table lamp didn't work. Doors sometimes didn't close. Nightstand was tilted out of it's socket.
