Cons (-) The hotel looks outdated. Our room doesn’t match photos: was clean but too old. Hard to navigate inside the hotel. concierge service does not work all day - because of this we could not send suitcases. Dress code at dinner at the hotel, which was not warned about. Paper vouchers for breakfast lol. Breakfast is not tasty, pieces of bread are strictly calculated per person.

Pros (+) The rooms are spacious per Tokyo standards and very clean. Hotel location is superb. The staff was attentive and excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Cons (-) The bed was way too hard for me. I had great difficulty sleeping. The fitness centre was very ordinary for such a large hotel in my opinion.

Pros (+) Having a choice of breakfast venues was excellent. We tried 3 & each one offered a different experience each of which we enjoyed. Service in all was of a very high standard.
Cons (-) I have no suggestions for what could have been better as our stay was excellent.

Pros (+) Perfect location: upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely size.
Cons (-) A little overpriced within the hotel and geared up for corporate budgets. Also room decor a little dated in terms of furniture and design, albeit beautifully clean.
