Pros (+) Staff Excellent. Very clean and in great location.
Cons (-) The bed was way too hard for me. I had great difficulty sleeping. The fitness centre was very ordinary for such a large hotel in my opinion.

Pros (+) Having a choice of breakfast venues was excellent. We tried 3 & each one offered a different experience each of which we enjoyed. Service in all was of a very high standard.

Cons (-) A little overpriced within the hotel and geared up for corporate budgets. Also room decor a little dated in terms of furniture and design, albeit beautifully clean.

Pros (+) Room is ok for Tokyo. Breakfast exceptional. Location excellent. Too much carpets everywhere.
Cons (-) A little small the room. Quite Noisy due to the subway is 1 block away even in the 30th floor as I was.
