Good hotel. Near Victoria Falls. 15 minutes to go to falls. Good staff. Good large rooms. In the evening once we saw 3 eating hippopotamuses near hotel. This was incredible
Not perfect restaurant and breakfast . Too gridy for us. Expensive. But of course it is clear
10 minute walk from Victoria Falls. 20 minute walk to Zambia. Friendly service.
The bed was terribly hard. The food is good but very small menu.
Everything was perfect, exceptionally friendly staff, lovely room. ELEPHANTS right outside my room!

Missing amenities. Shower was too open.
Activities desk was incredibly helpful in making all arrangements. Beautiful location, great food
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool food was good too and evening dinner was excellent with good choices and plenty of options for all , including vegetarians . The local sights were all very good , the falls of course , the sunset cruise , Chobe National park .
There was some noisy work going on whilst renovating one of the pools whilst I was there . Helicopters are a constant noise . I didn’t like the fact that you get harassed by street sellers wherever you go . Also , every time you go to the falls or into the Nature park there’s a $50 Charge . Perfect Position, cozy atmosphere, nice structure
WiFi in the rooms was not working well. Rooms on the lower floor are too expensive for what they offer
Location in town close to falls
It is really 3 star rather than 4 star. No lifts, very poor internet, Shower had no door so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor.
