Breakfast was fine. Fruit, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, toast, some cereal, & pastries. cappuccino good I was surprised they did not have "Italian bread" The lady at the desk most of the time (I can't remember her name) was very nice & helpful.
The elevator is very small Rooms could have been cleaner, especially the shower Our first night there was some sort of mix-up with our booking & we were given a room that required stairs & was not very clean. Our second - fourth were fine.
Location and comfortable beds/mattresses
Honestly, skip this hotel. The bathroom was full of humidity and mold (I will attach the photos, if Booking lets me). The receptionist promised that they would clean it, we asked for 3 days, they didn't. The rooms need some deep cleaning. The breakfast is hostel quality, no fresh bread, no fresh juices, only hard boiled eggs. Value for money is extremely low. No facilities. This seems like a 2 sta...Read more
Fantastic location, friendly and supportive staff, atmosphere
A bit outdated bathroom
The location was perfect for a few days in Rome. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was well appointed and bedding comfortable. Ample Continental breakfast was included in our rate. Small elevator available.
Need to be mindful that there are a few small steps in most rooms.
Really great location to sites, restaurants and shopping.
Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough; multiple asks for toiletries which were not replenished; whilst there is a lift there are steps to and within the room which should be more clearly stated when booking.
