Pros (+) My 1st time staying at an Ikos and I was shocked by how amazing this place is. The staff were A++ Everyone seemed like they really liked their job and were glad to have you visit. I was always greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone. The fact that everything was included in the price and there was so much variety in terms of good quality food and drink was brilliant.
Cons (-) Sadly it rained 3 of 5 days so many of the outdoor activities had to be cancelled. This meant that most people ended up in the indoor pool or at the Spa, which resulted in time slots at the spa being snapped up quickly. That being said, the ladies at the spa couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating - moving things round to ensure I got all the treatments from all the best people. The spa ...

Pros (+) Absolutely perfect in every way . Staff were exceptional .
Cons (-) If I had to make a comment it would be about the beach . It’s not a very pretty bit of beach but with imagination the area used by the hotel could be made more attractive .
