Information given by Booking.com do not represent real life. Rooms very small. No place for baggage. Big concrete column in the middle of the room. Room with a terrace costs more but nothing to do with it. No chair or table Same poor breakfast every morning. No lobby at all

The staff were not welcoming, the shower was dirty, the shower was blocked, the door handle was broken, there were pigeons sleeping on the windows all day and night.

Really good stay. Hotel is perfect it's just that it's right in the centre so can be a little loud at night.
The hotel is excellently located near the top of the Gran Via. My room had a balcony which overlooked the Gran Via which was decorated for Christmas and looked fabulous. With the balcony doors closed, there was absolutely no noise from any traffic which was impressive.
We've enjoyed almost everything about our stay in the hotel. The room, staff, breakfast, location... Excellent 👌
Some sewage seal must have broken near the lift downstairs which made it quite smelly.
Stuff was extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast was extremely delicious. The room itself was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, directly in downtown.
There was an unpleasant smell in the elevator. Heating mode in the air-conditioner did work properly. Instead of warm air, there was a cool one. Oil convector was without 1 wheel, so We needed to put something instead of missing wheel so it was able to stand. Since our windows were faced into the road, from time to time, it was noisy at night.
